Welcome to Astera. These terms describe the deal between us in plain language. By using astera.is or ordering a reading, you agree to them.

What Astera is

Astera provides personalized, written astrology readings. A free preview of your charts (Western astrology, BaZi, and Matrix of Destiny) is calculated instantly from the birth details you provide; paid readings are written personally by a professional astrologer and delivered to you as a private online report, typically within 24–48 hours of your order depending on the chosen reading (occasionally up to 72 hours during busy periods).

The nature of a reading

Astrology is a tool for self-reflection, perspective, and entertainment. A reading is not — and must never be treated as — medical, psychological, legal, financial, or other professional advice, and it does not predict or guarantee any outcome. Decisions you make remain entirely yours; for matters of health, law, or money, consult a qualified professional.

Your part

• You must be at least 18 years old to order.
• Provide accurate birth details — the reading is only as precise as its inputs. If you discover a mistake, contact us and we will correct and re-issue your reading.
• Your report is delivered via a private link. Keep it to yourself unless you choose to share it; anyone with the link can view the report.

Payments

Orders are processed by our payment processor.com, who acts as the Merchant of Record: your payment, receipt, and applicable taxes are handled by our payment processor, and their buyer terms apply to the transaction. Prices are shown at checkout. Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.

Your content and ours

Your report is yours to read, keep, and share privately for personal use; it may not be resold or republished commercially. The Astera website, its design, calculators, and text remain our property.

Limits of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Astera’s total liability for any claim connected to the service is limited to the amount you paid for the order in question, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing here limits rights that consumer law grants you and that cannot be limited.

Housekeeping

We may update these terms; the date above reflects the current version. These terms are governed by the laws of Ukraine, without affecting any mandatory consumer protections of the country you live in. If any clause is found unenforceable, the rest stays in force.
